Who doesn’t love apple pie?
Okay I’m sure there’s someone out there, but this recipe is definitely a winner.
1 Flat Out Flat Bread 100 calories
1 Large Apple 150 calories
2 Tb Cinnamon 0 calories
2 Tb of water + 4 tsp 0 calories
1Tb Agave or Honey 60 calories
1/2 Tb Coconut Sugar or Stevia 0-45 calories
1/2 tsp van ( or van liquid Stevia) 0 calories
Total calories: 310-355
77.5 – 88.75 calories per serving
Heat oven to 350
Then cut flat bread into 4 sections and then place in muffin tin.
Once oven is heated, place the muffin tin with flat breads into the oven for 3 minutes.
Next cut up the apple into small chunks
Place in a small bowl and add remaining ingredients, leaving out the 4 tsp of water.
Once oven timer goes off, take out the muffin tin and scoop out the apple mixture directly into the flat breads (dividing evenly). Then apply 1 tsp of water on top of each mixture.
It should look something like this:
Place in the oven 25-30 minutes.
Depending on what type of oven you have it may take longer. The apples should be softened.
