Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate Pudding with a twist

You are going to LOVE this!

Most of you know that I’ve given up on soy for a while, but I couldn’t resist trying this recipe.

Light Tofu Chocolate Pudding!

Yes, that’s right tofu.

220 calories 4.5 grams of fat 20 grams protein


1 package of light TofuĀ  14 oz.

2 Tb of Cocoa Powder

2 Tb of Stevia (or sugar sub.)

2 Tb Oat Milk (or milk sub.)

1 Tb Agave Nectar (or honey)

1 tsp Pure Vanilla

pinch of salt.


Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process, pausing to scrape down sides as needed, until mixture is smooth.

Transfer to an airtight container or individual serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate until chilled thoroughly, at least 30 minutes. Can be made up to 4 days ahead and stored in a refrigerated airtight container. Stir briefly before serving.

Very tasty!
