Healthy Sweet Potato Fries

Lemon Agave’ Turkey Cutlets

Garlic Sautéed Spinach

                         Behold the Ginormous Glorious Super Sweet Potato!

And because this guy–>

made a special request for them, I thought tonight was perfect!

Super Sweet Super Healthy Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

1 large Organic Sweet Potato

Canola Oil Cooking Spray

Garlic Powder

Lawry’s Low Sodium Flavored Salt

1st preheat the oven to 425 degrees

cut your sweet potato in length wise sections and place on a well sprayed cookie sheet.

Then Spray Canola Oil directly on sweet potato’s

about 3 seconds worth

sprinkle a little of this and that

directly on sweet potato’s

Then place in 425 degree oven for around 15 minutes

After 15 minutes flip the fries

and put back in for another 20 minutes..

now for a taste test

They should be soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside.

Perfection!

Now onto the main course…

Lemon Agave’ Turkey Cutlets:

I lemon cut into sections

2 TB of Agave Syrup

2 TB garlic Powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 box (4) Harvest Land Turkey Cutlets.

1/2 cup of Organic low sodium chicken broth

Place Cutlets in casserole dish, two cutlets at a time next to each other.

Cover two cutlets with 1TB of Agave, garlic, pepper, and place lemons on top

Then place the next two cutlets on top and follow the same steps.

You can marinate as over night or start cooking right away.

Cooking directions are on the back of the box

But 375 for about 35-40 minutes is good.

Garlic Sautéed Spinach:

1 Box Organic Spinach

Canola Oil Spray

1/8 of a cup of minced garlic

Wash leaved thoroughly in the sink

and then place in heated shallow pan with canola oil and garlic

Dinner is served!

and we couldn’t forget our beverage of the week…

Such a lush when it comes to a  good Riesling ❤
